We all know how it feels if our clothes do not quite fit. The same feeling can happen if our learning method is not really tailored to how we think.
This problem concerns Teachers and accessibility experts alike because a class of students is always a wild pool of different approaches as ways of thinking. Trying to create one learning method that will fit all students is going to be difficult, which is felt especially by people with disabilities. This is where the idea of Universal Design comes into play. When we don't focus on one narrow solution but try to give a learning path and open up different ways of how this path can be followed.
On the example of the cockpit development during the second World War, the animated clip shows how cockpits were made adjustable in seats, straps and joysticks to work for more than one kind of pilot.
